On-site Personal Coaching session for managers or staff with health problems. Can be designed as Solo- or Duo-Coaching. We work with training methods like Pilates, Functional Training, Running or Yoga depending on the specific goal. This can be the rehabilitation process after a surgery to help your employees being integrated back to work, help them to get more energy & strength to promote leadership abilities, help them to solve back pain and be more productive or offering social benefits to your managers. After doing a fitness- and postural analysis the respective qualified teacher will develop a personalized program with set individual goals. Since our teachers are highly qualified and attend seminars regularly we know how to train people with herniated discs, injuries on the spine or other contraindications and will adapt the exercises accordingly.

On-site Group training sessions at your premises. The classes can be arranged at any unused meeting room, an open space or at your inhouse gym. We are offering Pilates, Functional Training, Yoga, Stretching sessions or our LETS MOVE LUNCH specials as a mixture of different trainings methods. Additionally, we are offering Walking or Running sessions to help your team to prepare for a specific competition (such as ING Marathon Luxembourg) or to stay fit in general. All classes can be offered in the morning, at lunch time or after work. You decide about workday, hour and class language – we get it organized! Ask us for further information and availability.
