What we do

We offer PILATES-INFLUENCED HEALTH & SPORT CONCEPTS for individuals as well as for companies and develop exclusive events – mainly in Germany, Luxembourg and Spain and also beyond those borders. Our area of expertise is Pilates – our expert team offers Pilates on mat and all studio machines (Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Barrel). Furthermore we provide Yoga, Functional Training, Running, Body & Mind Coaching, Relaxation and more.

We guarantee individual concepts and programs designed for your or your company’s needs, one-source organization by experienced business professionals, a team of highly qualified and motivated multilingual teachers and exclusive partners to help you staying active and healthy. All our services can be offered in German, English, French and Spanish.

Founded in 2011, am.concepts | training & events was established to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and to find their ultimate work-life balance and offer companies a new approach of employee motivation & health, offering quality services in personal coaching, group training, seminars and events.

Founded by Anke Meyer, certified Pilates Trainer and Master in International Business, escaped the 9 to 5 to do something she truly loves. After seven years working as Senior Associate in the international financial industry and quitting her job to pursue her passion, her focus is now helping also others to find their balanced life. She truly believes that body and mind are connected and life is movement. So, stay active, keep moving!
